Woops, you slipped it a few words! Great images, the Towhee in my area are to fast and tend to stay deep in the brush so I still do not have an image of one worth looking at.
Mooned by a Towhee! Well, life is good :) Beautiful pictures. We just saw our first Towhee a couple of days ago. He must have been staying over for the night. Haven't seen him since.
I always enjoy stopping by your blog. Your photography is terrific. You must have great patience, as well as an excellent camera, to capture these bird shots. I was trying to photo a towhee the other day - no luck!
